Competitive Team: Our competition team is invitation only or based upon evaluation by a coach. The team is a part of the AAU Gymnastics program and competes XCEL levels.

Pre Team: This is an invitation only, 1.5 hour class that prepares gymnasts for competition in the future; age groups: 5+
