Mommy & Me
Price: $70/month
Mommy & Me is a fun class for moms (or dads or grandparents!) and their little ones! In this 30-minute class, the instructor helps parents support their child in gross motor movements that teach basic gymnastics skills. It’s a great way to promote physical development in a safe and enjoyable environment; age groups: 1-2.
PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
Price: $85/month
Preschool classes are for 3- and 4-year-olds. This is a 50-minute class in which athletes will learn the fundamental skills for gymnastics to promote their physical health and prepare them for more advanced gymnastics or other sports.
Tiny But Mighty classes are for 3-4-year-olds who can do our preschool skills independently and behave well. This class follows the Fundamentals of Gymnastics skills list, allowing preschoolers to learn new skills before moving on to a 5+ recreational class.
GIRLS GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Price: $85/month
Fundamentals of Gymnastics (FOG) classes are for gymnasts with no prior experience. Athletes will develop basic strength and flexibility skills for gymnastics, supporting their physical health and prepping them for beginner gymnastics skills or other sports.
Beginner (BEG) Gymnastics classes are for students who have finished our FOG class or have prior basic gymnastics training. They will learn essential gymnastics skills to prepare for the intermediate level class.
Intermediate (INT) Gymnastics classes are designed for gymnasts who have finished our BEG gymnastics class or have received coach approval to enroll in this level. This class is more challenging than our BEG class and offers a safe space to improve existing skills and learn more advanced gymnastics techniques.
Advanced (ADV) Gymnastics classes are for students who want to continue improving upon and learning new gymnastics skills, but do not want to go to a competitive gymnastics level. We also offer a 2 hour ADV Gymnastics class option for $145/month.
10+ Gymnastics classes are for athletes over 10 years old. They will learn basic skills and advance to more complex gymnastics techniques as the coach determines.
BOYS GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Price: $85/month
Beginner (BEG) Boys Gymnastics classes are for boys who have are new to gymnastics or have some gymnastics experience. They will learn essential gymnastics skills to prepare for the intermediate level class.
Intermediate (INT) Boys Gymnastics classes are designed for gymnasts who have finished our BEG Boys gymnastics class or have received coach approval to enroll in this level. This class is more challenging than our BEG class and offers a safe space to improve existing skills and learn more advanced gymnastics techniques.
OTHER CLASS OPTIONS
Price: $85/month
Homeschool (HS): The Homeschool class is a daytime class during the school year. Children of different levels can attend this class and the coach will adjust the lessons according to each child’s skill level; age groups: 5+.
Tumbling: Tumbling classes focus on tumbling skills only (no bars, beam, or vault). This class is great for students who enjoy tumbling but not necessarily the other gymnastics apparatus or students who want to improve their tumbling for cheerleading; ages 5+
Private Lessons: Private lessons are a great addition to recreational classes, competitive team girls, or for learning specific skills needed for dance solos, cheerleading, and more. See the link below for our private lesson information and pricing.
Please note: There is a $65 registration fee that is taken out upon registration and then yearly in January. This fee covers insurance for your child and equipment maintenance fees to keep your child safe. Your child will also receive an AJOYFULOVE ATHLETICS t-shirt when registering for the first time.
