BE PREPARED FOR CLASS

WHAT TO WEAR: Wear tight athletic wear—gymnastics leotards without skirts for girls are preferred (form-fitting shorts can go over leotards). Avoid sports bras without stomach coverage, baggy clothes, and items with buttons, zippers, or drawstrings. Long hair must be tied back (no claw clips), and no shoes are allowed in the gym. Loose clothing can pose safety risks and damage gymnastics equipment.

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS: Your child only needs a full water bottle to stay hydrated during class.

WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVING: Enter the building through the front, single door. Inside, have your child remove their shoes and socks, placing them in a cubby in the lobby. They should sit with their water bottle in the designated “gymnast only” waiting area. A coach will call for class when it’s time to line up. You can stay and watch the class on our camera system or drop your child off and return before class ends.
